A Wide Range of Luxury Amenities on Your Doorstep

Irie Fields- Our Championship Golf Course

A tropical, mountainside course with traditional styled bunkering, gently undulating fairways and rolling greens.”~ Ian Woosnam
Even the golf course at Kittitian Hill is true to our vision. Irie Fields will make you think differently about your game. (The clue’s in the name – ‘irie’ means to be at peace and harmony with yourself and where you are.)
Designed by Ian Woosnam, a former winner of the Masters in Augusta and winning
Captain of the European Ryder Cup team in 2006, every hole of this par 71, 18-hole course, which runs to 6,500 yards, has wide-ranging views across the sea to the islands of St. Barths, St. Martin, Statia and Saba.
The course weaves through lush tropical farmland, making the most of the natural obstacles in its way. The difference here is that the boundaries blur between the course and the farm: instead of the usual shrubs and plants you’d expect, you’ll find organic crops and fruit trees. Smart water management and the abundant crops reduce the impact on the environment while making for an enchanting experience. Caddies from the local golf academy in the Village will share their tips on the course – including where the ripest, juiciest fruit is ready to pick and eat in the shade of a wild mango tree. No wonder it’s described as the world’s most edible golf course.
The Golden Lemon -Our Beach House
In the 1960’s renowned interior designer, Arthur Leaman, turned a 17th century beach house into what became one of the worlds most sophisticated and chic seaside inns.
Kittitian Hill is proud to bring The Golden Lemon back to life as a boutique resort and beach club. With beautifully landscaped walled gardens, “The Lemon” retains its unique design splendour, using antique furnishings, brilliant colours and one-of-a kind artwork.
Steeped in a heritage of hospitality, The Golden Lemon and our beach club provide the perfect place for people who enjoy doing nothing in grand style. Providing full beach service, you can “lime” away your days here watching the Atlantic Ocean play with the Caribbean Sea.
Mango Walk - Our Rain Forest Spa
Nestled among a grove of ancient giant mango trees, Mango Walk, our rainforest spa sits high on the mountain and close to heaven. This unique backdrop offers the ultimate escape – lose yourself in the tropical forest and rebalance your mind and body. Secluded and peaceful, you’re surrounded by nature in this inspiring setting.

Our unique tree-houses are the perfect place to sit and meditate, have a treatment or stretch yourself with a yoga class. Or choose from a wide range of soothing indigenous therapies in our treatment rooms hidden away among the natural pools, on the edge of the wilderness. You’ll leave feeling more alive than ever in mind, body and spirit.
