With Kittitian Hill’s lush setting on a 400-acre organic farm, there’s an abundance of food all around. You will encounter culinary experiences unlike any in the Caribbean - where fresh natural dishes are enhanced by the flair and creativity of our resident chefs. Along with choosing the best ingredients from our own tropical farms or foraged from the land, forest or sea, we also work with neighboring farms and artisan suppliers who share our passion for managing resources in a sustainable way.
At Kittitian Hill, our long-term goal is to reduce the amount of food flown in from outside the island, as well as share our sustainable farming techniques with local food providers. In this way we can positively impact the food quality on St. Kitts, reduce the use of unnecessary pesticides and increase the economic prosperity of our island community.
