When you step into the cool green shade of the tropical forest, you know you’ve arrived somewhere special. With over a quarter of St. Kitts designated as a National Park, the forest is expanding every year, inviting endless opportunities for exploration and reflection.

As you venture deeper in amongst the trees, you’ll be overwhelmed by the natural abundance that surrounds you. Listen out for the chatter of Green Vervet Monkeys, the calls of exotic birds and the sound of mongoose scurrying under the brush as you approach.
There are also medicinal plants and trees throughout the island - which have been used by locals for hundreds of years. Black Sage is used to relieve colds.Wild Cilliment leaves are soaked in rum to reduce swelling and soreness. You can even use Silk Cotton Tree in your bath to soak away tiredness after a long day exploring. The verdant beauty of the forest and its medicinal properties also provides the perfect home for our Mango Walk Spa, created by the team behind the award-winning Mii amo Spa in Arizona.
